Livingston NJ Family Room design.  This empty palette started with the beautiful hand knotted silk and wool one of a kind rug.  The blue with pops of pink was a perfect color combination to start this room.  The challenge was finding  way to fill the space towards the back of the room.  This is a very long room leaving an empty area to fill.  Because this room was geared towards a kids living space, the custom designed built-in bench with custom table became a clear solution... a spot for homework, games or even a slice of pizza (with a vinyl cushion to wipe off any messy snack).  The custom cabinetry was designed by myself with a goal of adding a "wow" factor to the room.
